The Happy 8@Ipoh Oldtown

I finally visited The Happy 8 after waiting for long time.
Went with my sis before I go back to my uni again.
The big number 8 signboard outside the premise.

Dining area.
Love this part as it looks very antique.
What am I talking about ?

The cozy sofa for groups more than 5.

You can choose to sit here too if want more private space.

Open air sitting area.
Creative huh ?
Mysterious and jungle like ?

The counter for making coffees, drinks and also as a cakes counter.

Mixed Fruit Toast.
OMG I must say this is super duper yummy !
The combination of ice-cream with raspberry sauce on toast is just awesome.
On the side is banana drizzled with chocolate sauce.

Tuna Sandwich.
This is nice too.
Mash potato as side dish. Great.

This tea or coffee comes with the sandwich as a set.
Worth it.

I ordered this Blueberry Vanilla Cheesecake.
My youngest sister request to write the word Happy Birthday on the plate.
Haha. Cause wanna celebrate my birthday.
Thanks Happy 8 barista for helping to write it !
Ya and they also apologize because the words are not written nicely.
And not forgetting to provide us candle. So attentive.

Just realised that the cake I chose has the no 3 on it.
So coincidence since my bday is 3rd Dec :)

Some of the 3D animals on the wall.
Good place for photo shooting.

Harold's Bread Ipoh

Just a simple and short post about this new bakery in Old Town Ipoh.
Strategically located opposite Kong Heng Restaurant and Plan B.
Have a try on the pastries.
Do drop by if you are around that area.

Wide selections of muffins, tarts and pastries.
Set lunch available too at a very reasonable price.

Nice place to hang out and enjoy the pastry.

So I bought the triangle shape which is Curry Chicken Puff.
The other one I forgotten.

Till then, stay tune for the next post :)
